How Fugo works
Here's the whole solution at a glance: what Fugo is, how the platform fits together, and what you'll need to get your screens up and running.
What is Fugo?
Digital signage is content shown on screens - dashboards, announcements, menus, marketing campaigns - usually updated on a schedule or in real time. Behind that, there's always a system deciding what plays, where, and when. Fugo is that system. You run it from your browser.
What you'll need
To get started with Fugo you'll need two things:
1. A screen
Either a smart Android TV or a regular TV paired with a media player or mini PC.
2. A laptop or PC
This is where you'll log into Fugo to upload content, manage playlists, and control your screens.

See howA full stack system for running screens at scale
Everything on your screens runs through these four parts.

Screens are organized & controlled
Every screen is part of a managed system. You can group them, filter them, assign content, and see what’s happening across your network in one place.

Content comes from your tools
Show files, dashboards, internal tools, and live data without reworking them for screens. Content stays connected and updates when the source changes.

Playlists define what runs
Playlists set the baseline for your screens. They control what plays, where it appears, and when it runs - across one screen or many.

Triggers handle what changes
Not everything fits into a schedule. Screens can respond instantly to events in your business systems, then return to their normal state automatically.
Simple pricing, based on your screens
When you're ready to keep using Fugo after your trial, choose one of our three pricing tiers. You'll pay per screen, billed monthly or annually - with savings if you choose yearly billing.
