Put your Google Sheets or Excel dashboard on any TV

Spreadsheets are where most teams track their numbers, but a browser tab logs out, nags and freezes on a wall screen. Fugo puts your live Google Sheets or Excel dashboard on any TV and keeps it there — secure sign-in, refresh and remote screen control, across one TV or a hundred.

Get your spreadsheet on screen in 3 steps

1

Pair your screen to Fugo

Install the Fugo app on your TV or media player to link it to your Fugo account. It takes minutes and works with most smart TVs and media players.

2

Point Fugo at your sheet

Add your Google Sheets or Excel dashboard as a published or shared link, or as a secure web view where Fugo signs in for you. Either way your credentials never live on the TV. There is no native spreadsheet connector to configure — if it opens in a browser, Fugo can display it.

3

Publish and forget

Assign the dashboard to one screen or a hundred and pick how often it refreshes. Fugo keeps it signed in, current and monitored so nobody has to babysit a laptop under the TV.

Why a spreadsheet on a browser tab fails on a TV

Google Sheets and Excel are built for someone signed in at a desk. Left on a wall screen all day, the usual tab-on-a-stick approach falls apart:

  • The session drops and the sheet logs itself out

  • A stray mouse prompt or dialog covers your numbers

  • An always-on tab chokes a cheap streaming stick

  • The screen dies silently and nobody notices for hours

  • Using “publish to web” to dodge login exposes data you meant to keep private

Built for the way spreadsheets get shared

Fugo is the display layer a Google Sheets or Excel wallboard needs — signed in, refreshed and readable, with no exposed links and no laptop underneath.

Built for unattended playback

Your sheet is loaded and refreshed centrally, so screens do not depend on a logged-in laptop or an active browser session.

No exposed links

Show your data behind sign-in instead of a public “publish to web” URL that anyone could stumble onto.

Secure sign-in handling

Fugo signs in through a secure cloud browser and keeps credentials encrypted and off the screen. Fugo is SOC 2 Type II compliant.

Set-and-forget refresh

Choose how often the sheet reloads so the numbers on the wall stay in step with the file your team is editing.

Fit-to-TV formatting

Use Design Studio to crop, scale and frame the range that matters so a wide spreadsheet still reads cleanly on a big display.

Run one screen or a hundred

Assign dashboards across locations, day-part what each screen shows, and get alerted with remote recovery if a screen stops loading.

Frequently asked questions

Can I put a live Google sheet on a TV?

Yes. Fugo displays your live Google Sheets dashboard on any TV or media player and keeps it signed in and refreshed for you. You point Fugo at the sheet, assign it to a screen, and it stays on the wall without a laptop tethered underneath.

See how Fugo works for the full picture.

Does it work with Excel and Microsoft 365 too?

Yes. If your Excel or Microsoft 365 dashboard opens in a browser — as a shared link or a secure web view — Fugo can display it the same way it shows Google Sheets. There is nothing spreadsheet-specific to install.

Do I need a native connector?

No. Fugo does not need a dedicated Google Sheets or Excel connector. It shows your dashboard through a published or shared link, or by signing in through a secure cloud browser, so any spreadsheet that opens on the web can go on a screen.

Is my data safe on a wall screen?

Yes. Your login is never stored on the TV, and Fugo shows the sheet behind sign-in rather than forcing you to make it public. Fugo is SOC 2 Type II compliant, and you control exactly which screens show which sheet.

How often does it refresh?

You choose the interval. Fugo reloads the sheet on the schedule you set so the numbers on the wall stay in step with the file your team is editing.

What screens and players work?

Fugo is hardware-agnostic. It runs on Amazon Fire TV and the Fugo Signage Stick, Google TV Streamer, NVIDIA Shield, Samsung Tizen and LG webOS smart TVs, plus Android, Windows and ChromeOS devices — so you can usually reuse screens you already own.

Can I show more than one sheet?

Yes. You can rotate several sheets — or mix a spreadsheet with other dashboards and content — in a playlist, and control how long each one stays on screen. You can even trigger changes automatically with content triggers.

What if the screen goes offline?

You can see screen status in Fugo and restart devices remotely, and content resumes automatically once the connection is back. Fugo is priced per screen, not per dashboard — see pricing, browse the other TV dashboard integrations, or talk to our team about a rollout across multiple offices.
