What happens to Fugo when a meeting starts?

Zoom gives the display back to the meeting when the room is in use. Fugo appears while the room is idle, and you can control how long before or after scheduled meetings the signage is allowed to show.

Do I need a separate media player?

No. Fugo loads as a URL through Zoom Rooms’ built-in digital signage feature, so you can use the display and room hardware you already have without adding a separate signage player.

Do I need a Zoom Rooms license to use Fugo?

For a standard Zoom Room, yes. You’ll need an active Zoom Room and admin access to its digital signage settings before you can add and configure the Fugo player URL.

Does each Zoom room need its own Fugo license?

Yes. Each Zoom Room connected to Fugo counts as one screen in your Fugo subscription, just like any other display you manage through the CMS.

Can different Zoom Rooms show different content?

Yes. Each room you pair with Fugo becomes its own screen in the CMS, so individual rooms can have their own playlists and schedules, or several rooms can share the same content.

What can I show on the display?

Anything you’d normally publish through Fugo, including company announcements, room information, images and video, feeds from Fugo’s apps, and live dashboards from tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, and Salesforce.

How is Fugo different from Zoom’s built-in digital signage?

Zoom already has its own digital signage tools for displaying media, websites, playlists and other content while rooms are idle. Fugo makes those meeting-room displays part of the same signage system as the rest of your screens, with Fugo playlists, scheduling, Design Studio content, apps, and dashboard integrations managed from one CMS.
