Which IAdea players work with Fugo?

For the strongest Fugo experience, we recommend the XMP-8552 and XMP-8550. We also support the XMP-7500, MBR-1100, and XMP-6400 for existing deployments, though performance is more limited on those models. See the IAdea hardware directory for the current support list.

I already have IAdea players. Can I keep using them?

Quite possibly. If your players are on our supported list, you can bring them into Fugo rather than replacing working hardware just to change your signage software. Older models may have some performance limitations, so it’s worth checking your exact model against the IAdea hardware directory first.

What can I show on IAdea players with Fugo?

The same Fugo content you’d use across the rest of your screen network: images, video, web content, apps, and layouts built in Design Studio. You can also put business data on screen with Fugo TV Dashboards for platforms including Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Grafana, Salesforce, Jira, and more.

Can I use iAdeaCare and Fugo together?

Yes. They operate at different layers of the setup. Fugo handles what appears on your screens and when, while IAdeaCare provides device-level tools for tasks such as checking player health, changing settings, taking screenshots, and rolling out updates remotely. Learn more about IAdeaCare.

How hard is it to get Fugo running on an IAdea player?

Setup is straightforward: install Fugo on the player, launch it, then use the pairing PIN shown on screen to connect it to your Fugo account. We recommend installing the Fugo APK on supported IAdea hardware rather than relying on the player URL. The complete IAdea setup guide walks through the process.

Can I manage IAdea alongside other signage hardware?

Yes. IAdea players can live in the same Fugo account as your other supported screens and players, so you don’t need a separate CMS just because different locations use different hardware.
