What cRMs does Fugo connect to?

Fugo has direct integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive. You can also display data from any CRM that exports to Google Sheets or embeds dashboards via URL. Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio dashboards work through their native embed URLs.

Can different teams see different metrics on their screens?

Yes. Each screen or screen group gets its own content configuration. Your inside sales team can see activity metrics while the enterprise team sees pipeline by stage and the executive floor shows a forecast summary. All pull from the same CRM data with different filters.

How often does the data refresh?

Refresh frequency depends on the data source and your plan. Most CRM integrations update every 1 to 10 minutes. You can configure the interval in Fugo settings. Shorter intervals work well for quarter-close days or live sales events.

Do I need a computer running to keep the screen on?

No. Fugo is cloud-based. Your screens run the Fugo player app on a device like an Amazon Fire TV Stick or Chromecast. Once connected to Wi-Fi, the display runs independently. No laptop or desktop needs to stay on.

Can I mix motivational content with live data?

Yes. Fugo playlists let you combine CRM dashboards with company announcements, recognition callouts, product updates, or video content. You can schedule data-heavy screens during work hours and lighter content during breaks or events.

Is our CRM data secure on the display?

Fugo connects to your CRM with read-only OAuth permissions and does not store your underlying CRM records. Data is encrypted in transit. You control which reports and dashboards are shared to screens, and access can be revoked at any time from your CRM settings.
