Financial dashboard displays

Put financial dashboards from NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Power BI on shared TV screens. Finance teams stay aligned on current numbers without waiting for monthly reports or chasing down ad-hoc data requests.

Why finance screens

Why finance teams put dashboards on screens

Create a shared source of truth

When the same numbers are visible to everyone in the room, you cut the back-and-forth Slack threads asking "can you pull that number." One screen, one version of the data.

Reduce ad-hoc reporting burden

Finance teams spend hours fielding one-off data requests from department heads. A visible dashboard answers the most common questions before anyone has to ask.

Keep leadership aligned without slide decks

Executives and department heads see current financial performance as they walk past. No waiting for the monthly board deck to know where things stand.

Track close progress where the team can see IT

During month-end close, a visible status board helps the team track reconciliation progress, spot bottlenecks, and hold each other accountable on deadlines.

Monitor cash positions without opening netSuite

Treasury and finance leadership can glance at cash and liquidity metrics throughout the day. No logging in, no waiting for reports to load.

Support budget accountability across departments

When budget vs. actual comparisons are visible on a shared screen, spending conversations happen naturally. Department heads self-correct before finance has to intervene.

Common questions

Financial dashboard display FAQs

What financial tools does Fugo connect to?

Fugo displays dashboards from any tool with web-based reporting. That includes NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and custom internal dashboards. If your reporting tool has a URL you can open in a browser, Fugo can display it on a screen.

Is financial data secure on a shared screen?

This is a fair concern. Fugo does not store your financial data. It displays what your dashboard shows in real time over a secure connection. You control which screens show which content, and you can restrict sensitive dashboards to screens in access-controlled areas like the finance office. For highly sensitive metrics, use content scheduling to show them only during specific hours.

How often do the numbers refresh?

Refresh frequency depends on your data source. Most financial dashboards update every 1 to 10 minutes. Fugo displays whatever your dashboard shows at the time of refresh. You are not adding a delay layer; the screen shows the same data you would see if you opened the dashboard in a browser.

Who controls what each screen shows?

Fugo has role-based access controls. You can give the finance team full control over their screens while restricting who can modify content on executive-area displays. Screen groups let you push the same dashboard to multiple screens at once or customize each one individually.

Can different screens show different metrics?

Yes. Each screen can have its own configuration. Show detailed close progress on the finance floor, high-level P&L summaries in the executive hallway, and department-specific budget views in each team area. You manage it all from one place.

How do we handle sensitive data like compensation or forecasts?

Place screens showing sensitive data in areas with appropriate access. Use content scheduling to display sensitive dashboards only during business hours or only when finance staff are present. You can also create summary views that show trends without exposing exact figures for screens in higher-traffic areas.
