Emergency alert and mass notification digital signage

When something goes wrong, the screens you already run should become your fastest way to reach a room. Fugo lets you take over every display at once with an emergency alert, so staff, students and visitors see the same clear message wherever they are looking. You trigger it from the dashboard, it overrides whatever is playing, and you clear it the moment the situation is over. Fugo works across schools and campuses, offices, hospitals and clinics, and manufacturing floors, all from one dashboard and on the screens you already own.

Why put emergency alerts on your screens

People do not always have a phone in hand, hear a PA announcement, or read an email in time. The screens on your walls are already in front of them.

Reach the room, not just the inbox

A takeover message lands in shared spaces where phones and email do not.

One message, every screen

Push the same instruction to one site or every site in one action.

Use what you already have

No separate hardware or life-safety network to install first. Run alerts on the screens you already own.

Emergency signage for every kind of site

Schools and campuses

Lockdown, weather or evacuation messages across a building or district, then back to normal timetables.

Digital signage for schools and campuses

Offices and corporate

Break through KPI dashboards with a floor-wide alert for fire drills, severe weather or building closures.

Hospitals and clinics

Reach waiting rooms, corridors and staff areas at once when minutes matter.

Manufacturing and warehouses

Push a safety message across the shop floor where phones stay in lockers and the PA gets lost in the noise.

How emergency alerts work in Fugo

Fugo triggers dashboard with an emergency alert set up and its takeover content selected

Trigger a takeover from the dashboard

From the Fugo dashboard you trigger an emergency alert that overrides whatever is playing and shows the same message on every screen within seconds. You clear it just as quickly when the situation is over.

Fugo screens dashboard with displays grouped by property so an alert can target one area or the whole estate

Target one screen, a group, or everywhere

Group your screens by building, site, floor or department. Send an alert to a single area, one campus, or every screen in the estate at once.

Fugo trigger creation modal where an automatic content override is configured

Automate the trigger where it makes sense

Beyond manual takeover, Fugo’s content triggers can override scheduled content when a defined event fires, and email triggers can start a content change from an incoming email. Fugo is not a native CAP or IPAWS public-warning feed, so alerts are triggered by your team rather than ingested from public feeds.

Emergency alert digital signage FAQs

Can I send an emergency alert to every screen at once?

Yes. From the Fugo dashboard you trigger an alert that overrides whatever is playing and shows the same message on every screen within seconds. You clear it just as quickly when the situation is over.

Can I target specific screens or buildings?

Yes. Group your screens by site, building, floor or department, then send an alert to one area, one campus, or your whole estate in a single action.

Does the alert override normal content automatically?

An emergency alert takes over the screen when you trigger it and returns to your normal playlists once you clear it. Fugo's content triggers can also override scheduled content when a defined event fires. Confirm fully automated override, email trigger and API behaviour with the Fugo team before relying on specifics.

Does Fugo connect to public alert feeds like CAP or IPAWS?

Fugo does not currently advertise a native CAP or IPAWS feed integration. Today you trigger alerts from the dashboard. Confirm any automated public-feed capability with the Fugo team before relying on it.

What hardware do I need for emergency alert signage?

Fugo is hardware-agnostic and works with the screens you already own. It runs on Amazon Fire TV and the Amazon Signage Stick, Google TV Streamer, NVIDIA Shield, Android, Samsung Tizen and LG webOS, plus Windows and ChromeOS.

Is Fugo secure enough for our IT team?

Fugo is SOC 2 Type II certified and supports role-based permissions, so only approved people can trigger or clear an alert.

How much does emergency alert digital signage cost?

Fugo uses simple per-screen pricing with no long-term contracts. See our pricing, or book a demo to talk through a rollout.
