Digital signage for schools

School digital signage turns the screens around your building into a live noticeboard — daily announcements, safety alerts, cafeteria menus and student wins, all updated in seconds. Fugo runs your K-12 screens on the hardware you already own, gives staff simple templates instead of a design tool, and keeps every screen across the school or district in sync from one dashboard.

School digital signage use cases

From the front entrance to the cafeteria, every screen in your school can keep students, staff and visitors informed. Here is where K-12 schools put Fugo to work.

Daily announcements and bulletins

Replace the paper noticeboard and the morning PA with screens that show today’s schedule, club meetings, bus changes and reminders. Staff update a template in seconds, and the whole school sees the same current information. See how digital bulletin boards work.

Common questions

School digital signage FAQs

Everything you need to know about running digital signage across your school or district.

What is school digital signage?

School digital signage is the network of screens you run across a K-12 building — entrance and corridor announcement boards, cafeteria menus, safety alerts and student-recognition displays — managed from one place. With Fugo you control all of it from a single dashboard. It sits alongside our wider education digital signage.

Is it easy for office staff to update?

Yes. Staff start from ready-made school templates, add the day’s text and photos, and publish — there is no design tool to learn. You can also schedule content in advance and set notices to expire automatically.

Can we send an emergency alert to every screen at once?

Yes. You can override scheduled content and push a building-wide message — lockdown, weather, drill or evacuation — to every screen instantly, then return to normal content when the all-clear is given.

What hardware do we need?

Fugo is hardware-agnostic, so in most cases you can use screens and players the school already owns. It runs on Amazon Fire TV, the Fugo Signage Stick, Google TV Streamer, NVIDIA Shield, Android, Samsung Tizen and LG webOS smart displays, and Windows or ChromeOS devices. Any commercial display with an HDMI input will work.

How much does school digital signage cost?

Fugo uses simple per-screen pricing, so you only pay for the displays you actually run. See the pricing page for current plans, or book a demo and we’ll size it for your school or district.
