In case you're wondering...
Will my screen/player work without internet/offline?
Yes 100%. Fugo has built-in offline playback capabilities (it’s one of the reasons we’re special.) Your content will be stored locally on your player, so Fugo will keep playing it even during internet outages. However, some third-party apps may require an internet connection to work properly.
Do I need the internet to use Fugo?
Yes, an internet connection is required to use Fugo CMS.
How good/fast does my internet connection need to be?
We recommend a wired and stable connection for the best results - for a perfect publishing experience we recommend an internet speed of at least 10mbps.
Can I use a Smart TV screen as Digital Signage?
Yes, you can get set up with any Smart TV. However, professional grade screens will always be safer and more reliable, and are better suited for large networks or anyone with greater demands for their signage networks.
Can I use my “normal” non-internet connected TV screen as Digital Signage?
Yes! There are lots of devices out there designed to turn any regular ole’ screen with an HDMI port into digital signage. Fugo will run on most of them. We find that the Amazon Fire TV stick is a pretty solid choice for its performance/value.
Can I manage all my screens from one/any location?
Yes! Everything is in the cloud, so you can log in to Fugo and manage your screens and content from anywhere. Learn how here.
Can I add multiple users to my CMS account?
Yep, you can add as many users as you need, with no extra charge. We also offer SSO for enterprise clients. Learn more here.
How long is the trial period?
The free trial period lasts for 14 days from your sign up date. You can find our full T&C's here:
Is there a storage size/file size limit on uploaded assets?
Nope, you're free to upload as much as you like, totally unlimited!

We have a file size limit of 200MB. This is to ensure the best performance and prevent any embarrassing lagging on your screen.
What screen orientations and resolutions do you support?
You can use Fugo in either portrait or landscape mode. Content will automatically adapt to any screen or resolution - video and image assets are transcoded to all supported formats for a smooth on-screen transition (though, you can get around this and “force” an asset to upload to screen in its original format.)

Additionally, our design studio lets you preview your content in any resolution - so you won’t have to wonder how it will translate to your actual on-screen view!
Which player is best for me?
The short answer is - that depends! We love all our supported players and each one has its unique pros/cons. For a full list of supported players and their specs/details please visit our Supported Hardware page here: If you’re unsure about which player to use, just ask! We’re happy to advise.
How do pricing and payments work?
We charge $20 per screen per month when you pay annually (and $24 per screen per month if you pay monthly.) We also have discounts on bulk licenses, non profits, schools, and startups. You can find all of this information on our pricing page or within our Billing guide.

We accept all major credit cards, and have a fully secure and easy payment process powered by Stripe. You will receive instructions at the end of your 14 day trial period for how to make payments for your screens.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. It’s a pay-as-you-go system, and we only charge for the screens you are actively using. You can find our full cancellation policy in our T&C's here:
