Be at the forefront of digital signage innovation with AI-powered content creation and automation. Our AI Beta Program gives you early access to cutting-edge features that will transform how you create, manage, and optimize your digital signage content. Experience the future of intelligent digital displays today.
Your CRM updates in real time. So do your support tools, analytics platforms, and campaign dashboards. But your office screens? Still stuck in broadcast mode, looping static dashboards & slides someone uploaded weeks ago.
This beta is your opportunity to change that. We're testing features that let screens respond automatically to key business events - like a closed deal, an SLA breach, or a hiring milestone - so your team's work is reflected instantly, where everyone can see it.
Discover TV Dashboards
Your team just hit target. Closed a $250K deal. Landed three senior candidates. Don't let those moments stay hidden in Slack or spreadsheets. Let your screens celebrate, track, and drive what matters.
Whether it's a ticket backlog, a delivery risk, or a manufacturing alert, you need visibility - not another dashboard tab. Let screens surface the right signals at the right time, where your teams actually are.
Recognition, transparency, and shared goals build culture. Use screens in break rooms, lobbies, or sales floors to show progress, shout out wins, and share what matters without interrupting the day.
We're looking for teams that already use screens to display metrics, dashboards, or internal content - and wish those screens could do more.
Ideal testers work in sales, recruitment, operations, support, or internal communications, and use tools like Salesforce, Bullhorn, Zendesk, HubSpot, or Power BI. You don't need to be technical - just interested in automation and open to sharing feedback.
Not necessarily, but this beta is designed to run inside the Fugo platform. If you're not already using Fugo, you'll need an active account to participate. That means this program is especially well-suited for current customers, or teams already planning to adopt digital signage. If you're new to Fugo and interested in testing, we're still happy to chat and see if there's a good fit.
You'll be added to our beta tester waitlist & we'll send you a short email with next steps.
You'll have the option of scheduling an onboarding call with our team (recommended) where we run through a few questions about of the challenges you want your screens to help solve and connections you're interested in building with your Fugo account.
We don't expect you to test every release or join every call, but we do ask for engaged feedback. You'll get early access to features as they're released, and we'll check in with you 1–2 weeks after launch for input.
We also run optional monthly roundtable calls and have a Slack channel for ongoing feedback, updates, and collaboration.
The more you contribute, the more influence you'll have over what we build next and how it's priced.
We're rolling out features incrementally, starting with our triggers engine. You'll get early access as each release goes live. Testing and feedback will happen in monthly or bi-weekly cycles, depending on what's ready.
No. Most of the features we're testing — like building a trigger or generating a slide — can be done without any coding. If your company has more complex requirements (e.g. custom CRM setups or strict security policies), we're happy to work with your team directly.
At the core of what we're building is a new automation system inside Fugo - one that connects your external business tools (like Salesforce or Zendesk) to your screens through a real-time pipeline of triggers, content generation, and publishing.
Behind the scenes, this system is designed to be MCP-compatible - meaning it follows the emerging Model Context Protocol standard.
MCP is a new specification for sharing memory, state, and task context across AI agents, interfaces, and tools. It lets different systems "understand" what's happening, what's already been done, and what actions are available, all through a shared context model.
For Fugo, that means:
We're building toward a future where screens are agent-readable, agent-addressable, and part of your company's larger AI-powered workflows - not a disconnected surface stuck in broadcast mode.
If you're working on anything involving AI orchestration, multi-agent environments, or live state syncing, we'd be happy to share more about how Fugo fits into that picture.
