WHAT IS THIS BETA?

Connect the one screen your tech stack forgot

Your CRM updates in real time. So do your support tools, analytics platforms, and campaign dashboards. But your office screens? Still stuck in broadcast mode, looping static dashboards & slides someone uploaded weeks ago.

This beta is your opportunity to change that. We're testing features that let screens respond automatically to key business events - like a closed deal, an SLA breach, or a hiring milestone - so your team's work is reflected instantly, where everyone can see it.

Here's what we're building & and what you'll help test

See how

Trigger-based automation

Define the business events that should publish content - like a closed deal, a support milestone, or a pipeline update.

Prompt-to-slide AI flow

No need to design slides manually. Just tell Fugo what you want to see - it'll generate branded, data-ready content for your screens.

Integration builder (in progress)

Connect to tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Bullhorn at the account level, so your whole workspace can trigger events.

Early access to experiments

Try new ideas as they're released. You'll help validate what's working, flag what isn't, and decide what features we build next.

WHO'S THIS FOR?

For teams who need their wins, risks, and momentum visible

Performance-driven cultures

Your team just hit target. Closed a $250K deal. Landed three senior candidates. Don't let those moments stay hidden in Slack or spreadsheets. Let your screens celebrate, track, and drive what matters.

Operational teams that move fast

Whether it's a ticket backlog, a delivery risk, or a manufacturing alert, you need visibility - not another dashboard tab. Let screens surface the right signals at the right time, where your teams actually are.

People-focused workplaces

Recognition, transparency, and shared goals build culture. Use screens in break rooms, lobbies, or sales floors to show progress, shout out wins, and share what matters without interrupting the day.

FAQ

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for teams that already use screens to display metrics, dashboards, or internal content - and wish those screens could do more.

Ideal testers work in sales, recruitment, operations, support, or internal communications, and use tools like Salesforce, Bullhorn, Zendesk, HubSpot, or Power BI. You don't need to be technical - just interested in automation and open to sharing feedback.

Do I need to be a current Fugo customer to join?

Not necessarily, but this beta is designed to run inside the Fugo platform. If you're not already using Fugo, you'll need an active account to participate. That means this program is especially well-suited for current customers, or teams already planning to adopt digital signage. If you're new to Fugo and interested in testing, we're still happy to chat and see if there's a good fit.

What will happen when I sign up for the beta program?

You'll be added to our beta tester waitlist & we'll send you a short email with next steps.

You'll have the option of scheduling an onboarding call with our team (recommended) where we run through a few questions about of the challenges you want your screens to help solve and connections you're interested in building with your Fugo account.

What would my commitment level be as a beta tester?

We don't expect you to test every release or join every call, but we do ask for engaged feedback. You'll get early access to features as they're released, and we'll check in with you 1–2 weeks after launch for input.

We also run optional monthly roundtable calls and have a Slack channel for ongoing feedback, updates, and collaboration.

The more you contribute, the more influence you'll have over what we build next and how it's priced.

What's the timeline for launch and testing?

We're rolling out features incrementally, starting with our triggers engine. You'll get early access as each release goes live. Testing and feedback will happen in monthly or bi-weekly cycles, depending on what's ready.

What will I get out of being a beta tester?

  • • Early access to new automation features
  • • A direct voice in what gets built, when, and how
  • • Discounts on future plans or access tiers
  • • Potential case study opportunities for standout workflows
  • • The satisfaction of helping shape a product that actually works the way you want it to

Will I need technical help from my IT team to participate?

No. Most of the features we're testing — like building a trigger or generating a slide — can be done without any coding. If your company has more complex requirements (e.g. custom CRM setups or strict security policies), we're happy to work with your team directly.

What's powering this behind the scenes?

At the core of what we're building is a new automation system inside Fugo - one that connects your external business tools (like Salesforce or Zendesk) to your screens through a real-time pipeline of triggers, content generation, and publishing.

Behind the scenes, this system is designed to be MCP-compatible - meaning it follows the emerging Model Context Protocol standard.

MCP is a new specification for sharing memory, state, and task context across AI agents, interfaces, and tools. It lets different systems "understand" what's happening, what's already been done, and what actions are available, all through a shared context model.

For Fugo, that means:

  • • Agents (or users) will be able to understand what's currently showing on a screen
  • • Know why it's there (what data or trigger caused it)
  • • And take further actions — like changing the slide, modifying the logic, or adding a new goal — all through an interoperable context layer

We're building toward a future where screens are agent-readable, agent-addressable, and part of your company's larger AI-powered workflows - not a disconnected surface stuck in broadcast mode.

If you're working on anything involving AI orchestration, multi-agent environments, or live state syncing, we'd be happy to share more about how Fugo fits into that picture.
