Install Fugo On Your LG Display

To get Fugo up and running on your LG display, you will need to install the Fugo Web App, which allows you to automatically receive updates and patches, which means your Fugo installation is kept up-to-date and secure.

1. Installing Fugo as a Web app on your display

1.1 After booting up your WebOS, go to your screens settings and find Play via URL

💡 Note

If you are using the old WebOS version, and the Play via URL option is missing, use the SI Server Setting instead. If that's not available in the menu, open the settings by pressing and holding the Settings button until a hint appears, then enter 0000.

1.2 Select Play via URL

1.3 Type in the Fugo URL: https://player.fugo.ai

1.4 Once the Fugo Web App is downloaded and installed, you'll see the pairing PIN and QR code to allow you to connect and manage your new screen with your Fugo account.

We'll cover what to do with this PIN in section 2: "Pairing your screen to Fugo"

2. Pairing your screen to Fugo

💡 Note: to pair your screen, you'll need a Fugo account. If you have not registered a Fugo account yet, you can head over to fugo.ai/app to start your 14-day free trial.

2.1 After successfully logging into Fugo CMS, you can click Add Screens on the welcome page. Alternatively, you can navigate to the Screens page in the top navigation bar and click Create Screen.

2.2 Enter the PIN from the Fugo player window (step 1.4) into the space provided.

2.3 To finish the pairing process, give your screen a name and add a location.

💡 We recommend you name your player something relevant such as 68 Lombard Street or Clapham Coffee Shop. For my example, I’ve named my screen “Fugo HQ.” The address should be your screen’s location.

2.4 Your screen will now be listed on your Screens page:
