Please note: This guide involves a bit more setting up than usual, but we do recommend this approach to get Fugo's full feature set. If you'd like a guide on setting up LG Digital Signage displays from scratch and an easier approach for testing, check out this guide.

1. LG webOS Digital Signage vs LG webOS TV

Somewhat confusingly, LG has two separate operating systems for professional and commercial displays. This guide is for LG professional screens which use LG webOS Digital Signage.

You can find more information on distinguishing which type of display you have in this guide.

In short, if you go to General/System Information in your device settings, there should be mention of "Signage" as shown below.

2. Installing the Fugo App from URL

Before you begin, make sure the Time & Date setting is correct. The app will fail to install if this setting is inaccurate. You can find it from
General/Time & Date

2.1 On your remote click the settings button (often a picture of a gear). Once the settings menu appears click Ez Settings and then select SI Server Setting.

2.2 Click SI Server Setting when the menu pops up.

2.3 Enable Fully Qualifed Domain Name which should allow you to input the url to download the app: https://fugo.ai/fugo.ipk. When you're finished inputting, click Enter.

2.4 Next click the options Local, IPK and then click Remote from the Local Application Upgrade options.

2.5 After clicking Remote press confirm. If successful, there will be a message saying "Upgrade Complete". After which you'll need to restart your device.

2.6 Fugo will automatically boot after a few seconds and should appear on your display.

If you get the message "Complete" at the top right of your display but the app does not appear, double check the Time & Date setting
