1. Check the Basics

Before trying anything else, make sure:

  1. You have a working internet connection.

  2. You're using the correct login URL for Fugo CMS.

  3. Your username and password are entered correctly (check Caps Lock is off).

  4. Try resetting your password if you're unsure of your credentials.

2. Clear Your Browser Cache

This is the most common fix for login issues. A corrupted or outdated cache can prevent the login page from loading correctly.

Google Chrome:

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

  3. Set the time range to All time.

  4. Check Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear data.

  6. Refresh the page and try logging in again.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click the three-dot menu (…) in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data.

  3. Click Choose what to clear.

  4. Set the time range to All time.

  5. Check Cached images and files.

  6. Click Clear now.

  7. Refresh the page and try logging in again.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click the menu button (☰) in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.

  3. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.

  4. Check Cached Web Content and click Clear.

  5. Refresh the page and try logging in again.

3. Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode

If clearing the cache didn't help, test whether the issue is browser-specific:

  1. Open a private/incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N on Chrome/Edge, Ctrl+Shift+P on Firefox) and try logging in.

  2. Alternatively, try a completely different browser (e.g., Chrome if you normally use Edge).

  3. If this works, the issue is likely caused by a browser extension or setting. Try disabling your extensions one by one to find the culprit.

4. Clear Cookies (Last Resort)

If the steps above haven't worked, clearing your cookies should resolve the issue. Note that this will log you out of other websites.

Google Chrome:

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) and go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

  2. Set the time range to All time.

  3. Check Cookies and other site data.

  4. Click Clear data.

  5. Restart the browser and try logging into Fugo CMS again.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click the three-dot menu (…) and go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data.

  2. Click Choose what to clear and set the time range to All time.

  3. Check Cookies and other site data.

  4. Click Clear now.

  5. Restart the browser and try again.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.

  2. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.

  3. Check Cookies and Site Data and click Clear.

  4. Restart the browser and try again.
