Thankfully, it’s straightforward and quick to reset the password for your Fugo account, and there are a couple of ways to do it.

Reset Your Password from the Login Screen

If you’ve forgotten or lost your password and no longer have access to your account, you can reset your password from the login screen.

  1. Sign in to Fugo in one of two ways:

1.1 Head to the Fugo website & click Sign In

1.2 Go directly to the CMS sign in page here.

2. Click Forgot password?, just underneath the “Password” field in the form.

3. On the next screen, simply enter the email address you use to log in to your Fugo account, and click Reset Password.

We’ll send you a Password Reset email with further instructions - so keep an eye on your inbox! If you don’t see the email within a couple of minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

4. Once you have opened the email, simply click Reset Password to authorize that the request is legitimate and be taken back to the Fugo website and create a new password.

5. On the Password Reset screen, simply enter and then confirm your new password, before clicking the Reset Password button.

All done! You’ll see a confirmation page, and can now return to the login screen to log in with your email address and new password. Easy-peasy!

Reset Your Password from Within Your Account

If you’re able to gain access to your account, but need to update the password, you can do that from your Account Settings.

  1. Select your account icon from the top-right of the screen, and click Account.

2. Then navigate to the Password tab.

3. Enter your existing password, followed by what you want your new password to be.

4. Confirm your new password in the final field, and then click Save Changes.

Voila! Your password has now been updated - make sure to use the new one next time you come to log in.
