How To Delete Your Fugo Account & Associated Data

We understand that privacy matters. If you no longer wish to use Fugo or Fugo Flash and want your account and associated data deleted, you can contact our support team to request this.

What happens when you delete your account

When you request to delete your Fugo Flash account, we will:

  • Permanently remove your account credentials and associated profile data

  • Delete any user-generated content (e.g., screen layouts, media uploads, playlists)

  • Remove any analytics or metadata linked to your account

  • Revoke any permissions or access rights associated with your user ID

  • Retain only the data required to meet legal, financial, or contractual obligations, for the minimum period required

Data that is deleted is processed in accordance with Fugo’s internal data retention and deletion policies, as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which includes secure erasure protocols and encrypted storage systems to ensure complete removal of your data from active and backup systems.

How to submit a deletion request

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us via email:


Please include the subject line: Account Deletion Request

In your email, be sure to provide:

  • The email address associated with your account

  • Your organization or team name (if applicable)

  • A brief confirmation that you want all associated data deleted

Once we receive your request, we will:

  1. Verify your identity for security purposes

  2. Initiate the deletion process within 5 business days

  3. Confirm via email once the deletion is complete


Retention policy

We retain customer data only for the duration of your contract or active use of the service, unless legal or regulatory obligations require otherwise.

Upon termination or deletion request, we securely dispose of all customer data in line with industry standards, using methods such as AES-256 encrypted wiping and secure backups with defined retention limits.
