In the workplace of today, global teams are becoming more and more prevalent, meaning multiple timezones to keep track of. With more remote workers than ever it can get tricky knowing who is where and when ✈️
So we created a free Timezone.io app to allow you to display your team members' timezones straight to your office screens, keeping everyone in sync within your enterprise.
With Timezone.io you can map 🗺 your team and anyone on your network globally so you’re on time, whatever the timezone. The app not only creates a sense of wholeness within a distributed team but brings members together, improving your team effectiveness!

Here’s how to get started
1.Install the Timezone.io app
1.1 Log into your Fugo Account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can start your 14-day free trial here.
1.2 Click Apps in the top navigation bar to get to our app store.
1.3 Scroll to find the Timezone app in the store. To find it even faster, you can search for it via the search bar at the top of the store!
1.4 Click Try App to create a new playlist with the app.
Now that you’ve added the app to a playlist, let’s take a look at how to configure the settings!
2. Configure the Timezone app
2.1 A pop-up window will appear where you can configure the app’s settings.
2.2 First, click AUTHORIZE in the right-hand settings panel in order to give Fugo access to your Timezone.io account.
2.3 This will open a new pop up window asking you to sign into your Timezone.io account and authorize Fugo to access your teams. Click Allow in the bottom right hand corner.
2.4 Your teams will now display in the right hand panel of the app’s settings.
2.5 You can scroll through your teams to select the one you want to display.
2.6 Next, set the duration for the app (this determines how long your app will display.)
2.7 When you’re all done, click Save Changes in the bottom right corner.
Hint: if you want to change the settings of the app at any point later, just click the Setup button on the app’s panel on the playlist page.
Almost there! Now that you’ve got the app set up to your preferences, let’s look at how to finish building your playlist and publish it.
3. Build out your playlist
3.1 Give your playlist a name (we suggest making it something relevant to distinguish it from other playlists later on down the road.)
3.2 Click Select Screens to choose where to publish your playlist.
3.3 If desired, you can add more content to your playlist by clicking Add More Content and choosing other apps or uploading media. If you’d like to display another team, you’ll need to add another instance of the Timezone app and select your team.
3.4 Finally, you can change the schedule of your content by setting the start and end date, and clicking the Week Schedule to edit the days and times your content will run.
4. Publish your playlist
4.1 Once you’re all done setting up the playlist, click Publish in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to publish or schedule your content.
4.2 If you don’t want to publish just yet, you can click Finish Later and come back to your playlist at any time.
